EAA for Beginners Series
In late 2022 I started a detailed series of articles designed to help a beginner who is interested in getting started in EAA and has no background whatsoever. I have written these so that someone already practicing EAA but wanting to learn more can also benefit. Each article is like a chapter in a book with chapters on choosing a camera, mount, telescope, and other useful hardware. Each chapter is based primarily upon my hands on experience over the last 12 years, although to supply a breadth to each topic I have included details obtained from talking with others, reviews of manufacturers specs, and many threads on the Cloudy Nights EAA forum. I will add a new chapters from time to time so check back to see what's new.
